Not necessarily. If you have a specific design in mind, we are happy to work with you to bring it to life. However, if you are not sure where to start or need help creating a custom design, our team of skilled professionals is here to help. We can work with you to create a custom design that fits your needs and style.
What is the process for working with T&D Associates Construction LLC on a project?

T&D Associates Construction LLC primarily serves Central Alabama and surrounding areas. However, we may be able to accommodate projects in other locations upon request.
Are we licensed?
Yes! We hold an Unlimited Alabama Homebuilder’s license through the Alabama Homebuilders Board.
Are you insured?
Yes! We carry a policy of 2mil at all times but can adjust our policy up for higher risk or expense jobs as needed. You are always covered when you work with us!
Do you provide financing?
Yes! Our software provider has partnered with Acorn Financial to provide construction financing options direct to you the consumer.
Do you see my financial information if I apply?
No! We don’t offer in house financing and everything is handled through our 3rd party software provider.

Why do I need to sign a contract?
As a licensed Homebuilder in the state of Alabama we are required to have written contracts on file for all project we do. This is for your protection and ours!
Do you provide free estimates?
Yes! We are happy to provide you with a free estimate valid for 30 days after it is created.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes! We provide free 2 year workmanship warranty on most work we do. Those details will be laid out in each estimate.
When can we start?
Our schedule changes from day to day but we will do our best to give you an accurate timeframe for a project to start and an accurate timeline of when the project will be completed.
